Our work management system, which is connected to Navisystem services, is part of a comprehensive time tracking system that optimizes the flow of information in work tasks. By combining work management with mobile time tracking, we ensure that the right information is directed to the right person. This reduces internal inquiries and improves work performance.

Navisystem makes it easier for employees to report to, for example, the work order, project management and financial management. With access rights, we ensure that everyone only sees the information they need. Reporting to, for example, project and financial management is straightforward, and in our system, one stamp can cover, for example, working hours, payroll and invoicing transactions, as well as other details such as forms.

Navisystem acts as an information broker between the client, the supervisor and the field workers.

With the help of interface implementations, orders are transferred directly to employees and project management via Navisystem. The actions taken, invoicing, forms and other additional information related to the work are transferred to the customer, so that the customer stays informed about the progress of the work.

Mark billing achievements on work orders with a few taps
The deliverables ordered by the customer are automatically displayed in the jobs when the jobs are forwarded from the ordering system to Navisystem.

Time is saved. To mark an achievement, simply press the plus button.
Accurate reporting. The correct performance is practically always reported to the customer because it appears pre-selected in the work entry.
Supports performance bonuses. The completion time of the work can be easily utilized in a reward system based on the completion time of the assignment.

Employee hourly report

The hourly report shows all work logged by the user (with location information for check-in and check-out, if necessary).
In the report, you can also make corrections to user entries and confirm hours.

Work item report

The work item report shows all work done for a work item/client/project by employee.
The report is ideal as an attachment to invoicing.

Salary report and Salary information report

Salary report has been developed for effortless salary payment, when only a limited salary interpretation is required for work entries.
Salary information report are introduced separately if a salary interpretation is required for work entries, such as a TES interpretation.

Monthly report

The monthly report shows all hours worked for the company for the selected time period.
The report makes it easy to check, for example, the total hours of work items and employees.

Reviewing entries, making corrections, and making new entries

You can view your own entries on the Entries tab of the mobile service.
Corrections can be made to entries if the user has rights to make corrections.
It is also possible to add new entries if the user has the rights to do so. In some companies, all entries are made in this way, like a timesheet.

In Navisystem, it is easy to communicate changes made to the hourly report to the employee, such as notifying that a meal allowance has been added to the workday.
